Chapter 121: Allow Me
"Let’s go somewhere more comfortable," Maximus said as he got down from the tub holding her.
Leaving the warm blanket of hot water around her made her shiver and he grabbed the towel and wrapped her with it.
"Bed?" she asked with a naughty smile on her face.
She understood that her little dance moves inside the water has done something to him and he looked a bit... unnatural. And that somehow pleased her.
"Yes," he said. His jaws were clenched and he looked very uncomfortable.
Alexandra wrapped her arm around his shoulder and leaned closer to his lips. He jerked his face away from her making her want to tease him more. She blew in his ear and he stopped walking and stared into her eyes.
"Stop it, Lexa... Just..." he rested his forehead on hers. "I want to please you... for a long time," he said.
He might be filled with desires but in the department of giving in to carnal desires, he is as experienced as Alexandra. From what he knows, once he gets his fill and he releases, that’s it. That would be the end of it. He tried to find it in books to see how long it will take for him to get "needy" again, but he had no answer. And the position he is in as the Emperor of a great Empire forbade others from acting chummy with him.
He had no clue and he had no one he can ask to clear his doubts.
But he wanted to please her. He had a basic understanding that it takes a lot to please a woman. And he wanted his woman to be very well pleased. She should know how much he loves her.
And if that means he should postpone his pleasure, he will do it.
Alexandra didn’t understand what he meant other than that he is pleading. It is very important for him and so she kept to herself. There was a lot of distance between the bath area and the bedroom and she looked around to see the lights all dimmed down.
