As Xing stood there watching her family’s guards fighting the guards from the justice ministry with her hands tightly clenching Chenglei’s sword she had in her hand, thinking on how to handle this situation and whether or not use the White Tiger Token , she felt a warm hold on her hand, making her flinch.
"Mother, " Lian Lian’s tall figure stood before Xing, hiding the fight from her vision.
"Get back to bed. I can deal with this, " he spoke hurriedly but his voice was so gentle and smooth...consoling.
Xing looked at her son looking down on her, his eyes focusing on her. Both her boys were even taller than Chenglei and in front of them she looked short even though she is tall herself.
Lianlian placed his hand on her shoulder and turned her towards their Manor, getting the sword from her hand.
"Mother, you don’t have to fight. Father will be alone. He might wake up without you. So, please go. My wife and children are inside. They’ll be worried if they you see here. Don’t let them know of the situation here, " he urged her to leave.
In that tough situation, all Xing could do was smile. Her son is hurrying her to go take rest and telling her not to fight. For her, who had fought a lot, somehow it didn’t feel offending but it was pleasing to hear. His voice sounded with confidence when he said ’I’ll deal with this.’
This feeling... Feeling proud of my son... This is nice.
"Feifei?" she asked. His son’s sword was covered in blood and he now has his father’s sword too. With two swords he will be invincible, she knew. She knew because, she trained him, herself.

Xing could not help but smile widely and placed her hand on his cheek," My son, I’m not worried. Finish this quickly and get back to bed "
The worries she felt flew away and she walked towards the inner courtyard. Their courtyard was at the entrance of the inner area and their sons’ courtyards are in the inner parts near the back side of their Manor.
