Jacob was forced to kneel on his knees in front of Anthony on the deck of the ship, surrounded by his twenty men with their guns pointed at him point-blank, while his hands were tied at his back. He heard about this dangerous man in the form of tales, stories, and myths. Everyone said he left this industry that was the reason many tried to rise. But heard his son took the chair who was a little less crazy.
But he never expected him to see this devil of the underworld. He gulped nervously.
"Respected Sir, what have I done to offend you?" he asked trying not to shiver. But he did.
"You REEK!!! How dare you open your mouth when you are not supposed to!" a man smashed his head with th gun, making him feel dizzy due to the impact for a few minutes. He could feel something cold flowing down from his forehead before he could decipher it was his blood, he was kicked to the ground.
He saw it was Anthony the devil itself, the scariest nightmare of all. Due to the fear and pain, he crouched and shrunk like a prawn as he withered in pain and fear a few tears slipped from his eyes. He didn’t feel shameful for crying as a grown man. Hell! He didn’t care about anything but his life.
"How dare you kidnap my daughter!? And you want to kill my grandchild? You got some guts!" Anthony said in a low yet dangerous voice that sent chills which made him piss in his pants.
Jacob didn’t know that Eleanor was his daughter. She was always been with Zora and was raised by them. No one would doubt if anybody says Eleanor was Anthony’s daughter.
He deeply regretted it now. He shouldn’t have hurt her. If he was with her, the underworld, the business world, his life, and his happiness everything would be his. But reality hit him hard when he felt another kick on his body. He realized if he had left her on her own he wouldn’t be here facing the life and death situation.
"Sir! How many times did I tell you? Lady might not be able to take the blood smell. You are wasting time with this stinky fellow. Our men are enough for him to deal with," Thomas reminded.
