"We are late," Eleanor said as she neatened her clothes. She removed her hair. Now she has to comb her hair and tie it into a bun again.
"Ahh, this damn hair!" Eleanor cursed again.
"Sit down. I will do it for you," Cedric said as he made her sit down. He combed her hair neatly and tied it into a messy bun. From the time, Eleanor and he started living together, he did everything for her. Almost everything. Apart from helping her in taking bath, he tied her hair, arranged clothes for her to wear, and so on. And tying hair for her wasn’t a big thing for him. Cedric liked tying her hair. At least he could run his fingers through her silky hair.
Tying her hair into a messy bun like before, he helped her get ready. Because of their kiss, her lips were already red and swollen. She can’t go with her usual bright red lipstick. She took out her lipstick set gifted to her by Nathaira when they were returning. Nathaira asked her to use different colors and colors in her life.
She never thought she would use the lipstick set she got. But now she has to use it. She took out a light lavender color lipstick and applied it to her lips perfectly. Seeing her like this, Cedric got an itch to ruin her perfectly did lipstick. But he couldn’t. If he did, she would make him suffer in a weird way.
"Let’s go," she said as she looked at him.
Cedric offered his arm to her like true gentleman, and she took it gracefully. They walked down the steps. Regan and Katherine were already waiting down the stairs for them.
"How is your sleep, sister-in-law?" Katherine asked not knowing what they did in their bedroom.
"Good," Eleanor replied with a slight blush.
They started walking together. Cedric and Eleanor settled down in one car. While Katherine and Regan in another car. Katherine and Regan reached the venue earlier than others.
Cedric being Cedric drove slowly for the sake of baby’s safety. They reached the venue bit late than others.
