Viscount Symon Springmore was sitting scared of his own shadow in his castle solar, his shaking hand pouring himself another bourbon that he quickly downed, his every movement and expression mirroring the fear he felt in his heart.
He had called every man he could to the castle, including many of his vassals, having nearly 1500 men garrisoning his castle when they combined their forces.
