The Sparks empire is a human supremist empire.
It was founded 15 years ago through a revolution (gaia has history long enough that years restart according to founding to any empire or kingdom).
Sparks empire was originally the dukedom of topis family, who currently reign as the royalty.
Topis family was one of the noble families of the great araclo empire and was granted the title of duke due to the family's ancestors holding the city of pale night for two months without support against 1 to 20 odds.
When the araclo empire went to war with lexatric kingdom and its allies, topis family betrayed the empire.
They used this opportunity to make false promises with the lexatric empire of becoming a puppet state and got the necessary resources and manpower to establish their empire.
