Chapter 120: A Family Breakfast
Andrew recommended some good companies for her work application. She felt glad and lucky that he fully supported her in her decision.
Out of hundreds of companies on Andrew’s list, he didn’t choose even one of them. Instead she researched and found ten businesses. All were just small companies that just started their business.
She didn’t really mind to start working in a not-so-popular firm because she believed she could help in a start-up company rather than the big ones.
"Are you sure? They just started like three, four years and offer a small salary. I don’t think you should work for one of them." Andrew frowned.
"Yes. They are perfect. Remember, I want to start as a normal employee. I have no work experience and all I have is this two-page resume." She said.
Andrew was at the table reading the morning paper while Brie was sitting on the left side eating pancakes. She smiled seeing her husband and daughter together on the dining table.
She always dreamed of it. Preparing meals for them and eating together as a family.
She put a cup of coffee in front of Andrew, and then gave another pancake to Brie.
"Mommy, your pancake is tasty." Brie smiled.
She giggled. "Oh, thank you, my love. What do you want for dinner?"
Brie’s face lit up. "I want fried chicken."
"Then fried chicken it is. How about you, my husband?" She asked, smiling sweetly at Andrew.
