Chapter 18: I Like You?
She was surprised when someone suddenly touched her on the shoulder so she walked away from the person behind her. When she turned around, it was Andrew.
"What the hell is wrong with you?" He asked.
He was confused and disappointed. He was thinking if he did something wrong that made her mad to act like that.
"N-Nothing. I was surprised." She answered.
"There’s something bothering you. What is it? Tell me." He asked, impatiently.
She shook her head and averted her eyes. She couldn’t look him straight into his eyes. But her gesture was only making him more annoyed.
He walked closer to her but she walked backwards. He was beginning to get mad at her.
"Nina, if you won’t tell me what’s wrong how could I help you? I’m your fiance now. Shouldn’t we discuss everything especially if you are bothered by something? Or are you changing your mind again?"
She shook her head again and bit her nails. She wasn’t sure if she should tell him. But she knows Andrew won’t stop asking her.
"What is it?" He almost yelled.
"I-I don’t know. I honestly don’t know what’s happening to me. Y-You’re so kind to me and my family. I got confused. I suddenly felt nervous every time you touched me but not the type that I’m disgusted with. But when you touched me, my heart was pounding to the point that I couldn’t breathe. I’m scared, Andrew." Her voice sounded like she was about to cry.
"What do you mean scared?" He asked.
