Her eyes flickered with a meaningful glint and while she was having such thoughts of kidnapping another woman’s son, Iseul’s phone started ringing and it was that secretary.
[Hello, I just received a response. Madam said that it’s okay. We can meet whenever she has time and since she is available now, she doesn’t mind. We shall be sending a driver over to the hotel. When will you be arriving? So that we can give her some time to freshen up if needed?]
As Iseul was about to relay what she had been told, Diamond didn’t let her and just spoke fluently, "We should be there at the hotel in like thirty minutes. Just give me thirty more minutes to freshen up. Since I won’t be eating at the hotel, let your madam have someone prepare a meal for me. I eat a lot, so I hope that the meal will be quite bountiful. I am looking forward to meeting her," and spoke some unexpected remarks that left Iseul very shocked as she wasn’t expecting that.
Not only Iseul but the secretary who was relaying the message was struck speechless.
By the time the call ended, inside the large living room she was in, a hearty laughter sounded and the secretary smiled wryly as she looked at her madam.
It was the first time in a while since she had laughed like that. However, she wasn’t sure if it was laughter of anger or happiness.
However, she shortly got her answer when her mistress, also known as Madam Lim, or Lim Ji-soo spoke, "interesting. My friend wasn’t lying and what I saw on those streams wasn’t just acting as well!" amusement in her tone.
It was the first time in decades that she had met someone who spoke not only casually but dare act shameless and demand food. Most people were conservative and yet this young lady was completely different.
Such a character, no wonder why she could go far.
Looking at her secretary, Lim Ji-soo instructed her, "you heard the young lady. Tell the chefs to prepare a feast, and don’t give those elegant meals. That will definitely not fill her up," recalling how she was a food devourer.
If they were to do fine dining, how many plates of food would be needed?
It was better to stick with traditional food delicacies. They were not just fulfilling but she would consider it as a way of promoting their food culture as well. Didn’t Diamond like savoring different cuisines?

When Diamond’s team arrived at Regal Retreat Hotel, the welcome was very warm and welcoming. It made others who were staying at the hotel to become very curious about their identities.
With Diamond’s unique slver hair, others even start wondering whether she was cosplaying or something.
With ease, Diamond was taken to her special penthouse suite where her bath was already prepared.
She soaked herself in the large tub filled with roses and essential oils and felt quite liberated.
Since she was by herself after turning down any extra help, she padded her belly with some snacks from her storage ring and during the process happen to listen about gossip from Andrea.
After soaking for like fifteen minutes, she left the tub, wrapped herself in a towel and sashayed to the bedroom.
Opening up her suitcases, the ones she opened came with, she quickly searched for clothes that she should wear when meeting elders. After all, despite the weather, dressing a bit unconservative can be a bit too much and leave bad impressions.
She was still thinking of stealing the Jeong’s son, and leaving a great impression on the prospective in-laws mattered.
After going through the suitcases, she ended up picking an outfit she hadn’t worn much ever since leaving Athary.
A red high-low skirt which clenched her tiny waist, with the front part just right by the knees and the back by the calves. She paired this skirt with a white fitted top alongside a pair of strappy black heels.
For jewelry, she didn’t add any new rings and kept her usual ones but added a golden pendant necklace to add some bit of color.
For her beautiful long hair, the hair she couldn’t properly style on her own, and with less time to call a stylist, Diamond opted for her usual high ponytail which she could do in seconds.
Once that was done, she was ready to make a move.
As soon as she was done, Iseul came to look for her. Madam Lim Ji-soo’s driver and secretary have come to pick her up.
It was time for her to leave, and ready she was.
How could she not? When she was about to meet her prospective third husband, that’s if he was emotional available?
After all, it was normal for people to have secretive relationships. She was someone who doesn’t wreck relationships no matter how deep her feelings were.
Talking about wrecking relationships, as she made way to the elevator, she was reminded of people she hasn’t talked to in a very long time – Wyatt and Nolan.
Honestly, recalling what made her leave Dynalis without even taking a proper tour and had to rush to see Gael which wasn’t exactly on her list, she smiled wryly.
Who would have thought or even know that the two guys she fell in love with before she even met Gael or Waylon, would have such a relationship?
Remembering how heartbroken she was and how grateful she was that she never actually confessed her feelings rashly, Diamond’s feelings remained complicated.
The urge to talk to those two was there but thinking about what to talk about them, especially Wyatt, the one who made the confession, while talking to a friend, who happened to be her, she didn’t know how to face him.
Perhaps, meeting new guys would make her get rid of any negative emotions and face them properly again. At least, for now, she could use the excuse of being with Gael or being busy to not talk too much to them, but once this period is over, she would still need to face the music.
When the time comes, she would be ready.
She has confidence in herself.
