Chapter 1053 - 1049: SHARING GOSSIP AND THOUGHTS
Anyway, Aria feeling angry at being humiliated, exposed Aria’s secret. Apparently, at some time, Aria went to a club, took a couple of drinks, got very drunk and by the time she woke up, she found herself assaulted. However, Diamond didn’t exactly narrate that way but brushed the matter.
In other people’s ears, it sounded like Aria went clubbing and hitched a one-night stand for herself. This wasn’t anything shameful as a lot of people were doing it. Surely, the crowd didn’t react much to that. However, the matter came after the one-night stand.
After nearly a month, Sendy realized that she was pregnant and this scared the hell out of her. She was still living with her parents and if she were to tell them that she was pregnant, hell will surely break loose. So, she decided to abort the child and that went very swiftly.
Her parents didn’t know about that and she has been keeping that secret to herself for a long time until she met Aria, felt comfortable around her and decided to share her past with her.
She was afraid that because of that abortion, she might not be able to conceive in the future. She really loves children but because of that mistake, her dream might not come true.
Who knew that Aria would expose the fact that she once got pregnant and aborted to her boyfriend causing the boyfriend to flip up when he realized and broke up with Sendy, thus leading to the moment they came across.
When the crowd finally listened to the gist of the story they were astounded and filled with different thoughts.

"They are all in the wrong. I don’t even know who to feel sorry for in this matter."
"Our country’s laws don’t prohibit anyone from aborting pregnancy if they don’t want it or they are in a situation that is tough just like the one the lady was in. If I was in her shoes, I would probably do the same."
"I can imagine the pain, confusion and fear she must have felt because of that."
"You are not alone there."
"I just blame the friend. You were trusted with such a secret and you just have to leak it to spite others?"
"Huh, I have learnt quite a lesson. You can’t trust others easily. When they are faced with benefits, they can sell you out easily without batting an eye."
"I can understand the other friend as well. Comparison hurt. Its not just amongst them but us as well."
"I just find the guy to be a scumbag. Even when drugged, you still slept with the other friend. Instead of admitting the mistake, he dared to break up with the girlfriend?"
"I think that he might have already had an agenda from day one. It’s quite suspicious."
"It’s good that they broke up."
Everyone had their own thoughts and Diamond felt amused as she listened to them talking.
Who was actually in the wrong?
What they did, was it actually good or bad?
"Babe, what do you think?" Gael couldn’t help but ask Diamond, after she finished translating for everyone.
He didn’t dare utter words that might anger her. So, he decided to push this ball into her court, hoping to hear her own side of the story.
What he didn’t know was that as soon as he asked that, those two fans were once again excited and eagerly perked their ears to listen to the answer.
Diamond chuckled lightly as she looked at Gael with doting eyes and smoothly hugged his arm making a lot of men around to feel envious of this.
"What do I think? Hehe, a lot to be honest," she truthfully responded, finding the situation to be truly hilarious and full of infuriating points.
"First of all, I would never let my condition drag me down. Even if I am disabled or something else, I will make sure to hold my head high. The moment you start looking down on yourself, everyone else will."
In life, through experience, she learnt the hard way. If you don’t love yourself, then no one else will love you on your behalf.
"Those two girls are pretty to be honest. They surpass even the normal girls. Without them talking and all that, one wouldn’t even know that they can’t hear or speak. If they carry themselves with confidence and don’t think much about what others think about them, then they raise their own value."
"But .... You know that not everyone can do that, right?" Gael added cautiously, understanding that Diamond was different and others wouldn’t dare think like that.
Others also nodded, agreeing to Gael, though others agreed with what Diamond had spoken.
"I know but its not a matter of can’t do. They just don’t want to do so. In life, if you don’t stand for yourself, do you think others will? Tche, take for an example; myself," she scoffed as she said that and all ears were perked wondering what she wanted to talk about while including herself.
"I have a head full of silver hair but do you see me cowering like a coward or looking as if I don’t belong? This is who I am and I will walk and strut around the streets like I own it without caring about what others think. If others mock me, I will mock them a hundred times back. Whatever the enemy fire me with, I will return the same."
When she said that, others couldn’t help but look at Diamond. If she hasn’t spoken, they might have forgotten that her hair color was indeed different from others. However, they failed to notice it.
"Anyway, I also understand what you are talking. This is not something that can be achieved in just a short time. You have to work hard to achieve it. But I just believe that these girls lost from the moment they thought ill of themselves. It’s not just them but a lot of them carry the same mentality and its what kills us without the enemy even lifting a finger.
All they just need to do is tap into that security and boom; you ruin yourself. Just take a look at Aria, if she had taken herself seriously and loved herself, then such thoughts of demeaning wouldn’t have been in her mind at all."
