The two of them discussed at great length, and after thirty minutes or so, Anaya was very interested in making her the face of the hospital. However, she planned to discuss the matter in detail with the directors before concluding.
Diamond didn’t mind that. She could host the broadcast any day as long as everything was finalized. However, she kindly told Anaya that she won’t be in the city for a few days. So, if there were going to be any contracts to be signed, she would have to meet with Ivy.
Anaya didn’t have a problem with that. They exchanged contacts, and Diamond was very happy to do so.
This was her future aunt-in-law. She wanted to leave a good impression, and she managed big time.
By the time she left the office, she was all smiles, and Anaya’s eyes spoke volumes.
After leaving the office, Diamond headed straight to collect her results while Anaya called home to inform the elders about her meeting with Diamond.
The news gradually spread in the family group, and it so happened that Waylon, who was part of this group, saw the news as well.
The young man was filled with immense happiness; he hurriedly made a call to his mother, and by the time he was done, he had a hue of blush on his cheeks.
Meanwhile, Diamond met the previous doctor who served her earlier and received her slip of results, plus an additional pep talk, which left her speechless.
Nonetheless, she left the office with a smile on her face.
Gael had already taken his results. The young man had gone ahead, so all she had to do was follow and meet up with him by the car.
As she made her way outside, she didn’t forget to smile at those who recognised her despite the mask she was wearing. While providing fan service, she didn’t forget to make a call to Ivy.
