Waylon shook his head, feeling very abnormal, listening to this confession.
When he first heard her opinions about polyandry, he had an inkling that she might be tempted or interested in the matter. But never in a million years did he think that she was already in the lifestyle.
Moreover, he didn’t think that she would share that deep secret with him after meeting him once. He didn’t think that she saw him at the racing club that night.
Did he trust him that much?
Returning to her question, he looked at her solemnly and stretched his hands towards hers, which were on the table, and held them, though he felt nervous and anxious. What if she pulled away, and he got embarrassed?
Luckily, she didn’t pull away.
’They are very soft!’ he exclaimed inwardly, feeling the soft hands in his hands.
Nonetheless, he didn’t forget his mission just because he was holding her hands.
"Diamond, you aren’t too much. The world gave you a hard blow and I understand why you are like this. Honestly, I applaud you and am in awe of your courage," he sincerely told her. After all, he was a coward who didn’t dare brave the feelings he had for her.
Diamond’s face lit up as she tightened her grip, feeling happy that she finally held hands with a guy she was in love with. Moreover, he didn’t find her disgusting or perverted but understood her well. There were many words he didn’t say, but she could tell that he meant every word. That was a good sign to her. She was excited at knowing that.
"Thank you for saying that. It means a lot!" she solemnly said, oozing with gratitude.
