Chapter 792 - 790: A BUSY DAY
The next day, Diamond left home around eight in the morning and drove to Palm Paradise Hotel. When she got there, the CEO welcomed her.
She was there to talk about the matter of accommodation. She wanted the best for her fans.
Inside the office, with some snacks and beverages, the CEO, Mr. Larkens, was very polite and respectful as he talked with her.
"So, how many rooms will you need?"
"Um, I plan on accommodating five hundred people so far. But the fact that I am not certain how many females or males will make it, I am a bit hesitant on the number of rooms," Diamond truthfully responded as she tapped the desk, her mind working on the figures.
Mr. Larkens nodded with understanding when he heard that and responded, "since the number is big, for now we can assume that if the number is split equally between males and females, booking two hundred and fifty rooms would suffice. Is that correct?"
"Um. That will work. After all, I don’t plan on having each person in a room. I believe that the hotel can accommodate two people in a room, right?"
"Yes, that’s plausible and in your case, we can make it three or four, depending on how large the room is. It’s a matter of adding another bed," Mr. Larkens flatteringly said, and that made Diamond’s eyes light up.
"I guess we can do that. That way, all the fans can stay at the hotel instead of being dispersed everywhere. If we do it like that, then I guess I might need around one hundred and twenty-five rooms to fifty. Can you set those aside?"
Mr. Larkens’ face brightened when he heard that.
"Sure, that’s possible, since they will be booked in advance. But just to be sure, when will you be certain about the number of males and females? That will help us greatly in our preparations?"
"On the 4th, I will be having all the information. You can wait until then, right?"
