She took out a wide and flat pan and put it on the stove and let it heat up.
While it was heating, she checked the chicken and, seeing that it was doing well, she returned to the pan and added vegetable oil.
Diamond picked the cup of chopped kimchi, added it to the pan and stir-fried it for a minute. Once that passed, she added the rice, kimchi juice, and water. She stirred all the ingredients using a wooden spoon and left it for a bit since her chicken was complaining on the other side.
She hurriedly took all the chicken out of the frier and the batter had turned golden and crisp. It looked very appetizing and made those watching drool.
With the chicken out of the frier, she turned it off and returned her focus to the kimchi fried rice.
When the rice had been cooking for seven minutes, she added sesame oil and removed the pan from the heat.
She then garnished the rice with sprinkled chopped green onion and sesame seeds before putting it away. Since she couldn’t eat it right away, doing so was the only choice.
Seeing the dish done, she didn’t forget to address her viewers.
"The friend kimchi rice is done. There are a few ingredients missing, but all the major ones are already there. So, let’s make do with what we have," she playfully said as she covered the rice.
