It was her first time seeing such a restaurant and that close to the entrance. Curious about the kind of bread that they were selling, Diamond took matters into her own hands.
"I wonder what they are selling?" she murmured as she stepped into the restaurant.
The place looked cozy, its interiors warm and very welcoming. And what was more fascinating for her was the scent of wheat and the delicious fragrance emitted by the fresh bread, which was nicely placed on different shelves.
"Welcome to Wanda Patisserie. How may I help you today?" a cute lady with a bright smile on her face asked her politely as soon as Diamond was standing by the shelves.
Diamond returned a smile of her own at the cute lady before responding, "Can you recommend to me your shop’s specialty? I need something that I can eat now and finish!" her eyes were full of anticipation.
Upon hearing that, the cute girl smilingly nodded before she began to introduce Diamond to the restaurant’s menu.
Diamond listened attentively as all sorts of names were spoken, and yet it just didn’t make sense. Why go to such a great extent to make life confusing for consumers when all they want to do is eat bread?
Nevertheless, she applauded these people for being too creative and after all the hustle; she ended up picking a chocolate almond croissant. As for Kian, it was inappropriate for him to eat.
If he does so, then the mask would have to be removed. How could she tolerate that?
