Chapter 15
To be honest, she didn't know whether to be happy or sad when she heard this. Her real target was a free house, anyway. She wanted a house for her family but instead, she received another office building.
She wasn't complaining actually, as this building would solve most of her problems. If her parents decide to start their own business, this building could serve a lot of purposes.
Diamond went to check her newly acquired asset but, on her way, she suddenly received a call from a real estate agent who was going to help her through the handover process.
The process didn't take much of her time, as she was done quickly after signing the documents. She then proceeded to check the building and, to be honest, she was quite satisfied.
Although the building wasn't empty and had tenants, the location was quite good and she didn't need to worry about her parents' allowance. They could just collect rent every month and live a good life.
Diamond planned to stay in Taco for at least a week as she now had other things to do when she returned to Frin. And during that period, she received a lot of good things but didn't dare share them with her parents. She didn't want them to suspect anything.
During that time, she busily researched about many things and interior designing was part of it. She wanted to renovate the office building before moving in.
And when the place was getting renovated, she would hunt for staff and continue with her other projects.
Time quickly passed, and it soon came the day when Diamond was leaving. Her family took her to the bus rank and the four of them hugged emotionally before she boarded the bus.
