The Return of the Cannon Fodder Trillion Heiress

Chapter 780 Reaching The Location

Just as Cindy had said, there was only a narrow clearing in the forest—far too small for the choppers to land, especially with so many in the air. The moment Cindy began the countdown, the cabin doors were flung open on both sides.

One by one, the combatants leaped out without hesitation. They clutched their rifles tight to their chests, one hand guarding their heads. As their boots hit the grassy terrain, they expertly rolled with the impact, redistributing the shock to avoid injury.

Hera stood at the edge of the cabin, the wind whipping at her body suit. She was the last one remaining. Her heart pounded—not with fear, but focus.

From the co-pilot seat, Cindy’s voice came through the headset, calm and steady.

"Best of luck, Young Miss."

Hera gave a firm nod before gripping the edge of the chopper’s door. The roaring wind howled in her ears, slamming against her body and threatening to throw her off balance. The force made it difficult to stay steady, but like the others—without a moment of hesitation—she jumped.

The moment she leaped, the helicopter lifted sharply, rising into the sky before banking to the side in a swift maneuver, retreating from the drop zone. A second later, Hera’s earpiece crackled with static, then a calm, authoritative voice came through.

"All teams, the captains and I will be scouting from the air at a safe distance. We’ll stay out of enemy detection range to avoid compromising your positions. Keep your comms active at all times—the support team will assist in guiding you through the jungle. Good luck, everyone."

The second chopper followed suit, releasing the rest of the combatants before swiftly veering off and disappearing into the sky, heading toward a different location.

As Hera landed and mimicked the actions of the others, she wasted no time. Her hand immediately went to the pistol holstered at her right side—she drew it in one fluid motion and disengaged the safety. She then checked her earpiece, ensuring it was connected to the comms. With a quick press of the button strapped to her neck, she spoke firmly.

"Everyone, get ready to move out."
