Elsewhere in the dark night, Leo had already contacted his assistant to arrange for a restaurant to prepare chicken soup and other remedies to help soothe Hera’s cold and prevent severe stomach cramps.
Like Dave’s pilot, Leo made sure to call the aviation control tower before taking off to secure flight clearance around the city. He was granted the fastest route.
So, when Dave’s pilot called in, they were only cleared for the second-best route since Leo had already taken priority on the quickest path.
While Dave and the others were scrambling to fly to the city, Leo had already landed on the helipad atop the Hendrix headquarters.
His assistant was waiting there, having followed Leo’s earlier instructions.
He had already compiled a list of the highest-rated women’s products and noted exactly where to purchase them.
As Leo stepped down from the helicopter, clearly marked with the Carson family emblem, he made a beeline for the stairs, eager to reach the elevator as quickly as possible.
His assistant followed closely behind, briefing him on the results of his research. Leo listened attentively, taking in the details with his usual calm composure.
When Leo and his assistant descended from the top floor to the basement, they didn’t waste any time.
