While Leo’s mother gleefully boasted about her beautiful future daughter-in-law to her friends, Leo was being tenderly tucked into bed by Hera and went to clean the kitchen up after.
When she saw that he was resting well, she texted Hannah and Amy to cook something nutritional and send it to Zhane’s office so he could eat something once he was done with his surgery, this is her token of gratitude for his help thus far, it might be humble when compared to the help she received but she was prepared to pay the favor in the future too.
Only after she sent the message did she notice that Athena had actually messaged her hours earlier. She assumed it was just Athena’s usual teasing and gossip, especially given how the other male leads, including Leo, treated her. Athena must have been itching for some juicy details. But as she opened the messages, her brows furrowed, and the longer she read, the deeper her frown became.
She hadn’t expected that Athena and her family would reach the same conclusion as she did. This was why she told Athena that she would handle the matter personally. Even with the combined efforts of the Lowerys and the Jacksons, if her suspicions were correct, their power alone might not suffice.

[Athena: Did you get some action with the male leads? It took you so long to reply, I thought I was going to die from the suspense!]
Hera wanted to roll her eyes at Athena’s audacity to joke around when they were dealing with big matters and a scumbag.
