Chapter 22 Gentle And Purposeful
Jasmine’s eyes were filled with thrill as she followed behind Kingsley into the Elm’s major company.
She has only seen the company in news broadcasts and also whenever she drove past the area. Never had she stepped foot inside the building.
The Elm’s group was top-notch, and the decors and rich materials were extravagant. The spacious office floors were sparkling clean with no sight of dust. The rich smell, coupled with how uninformed the staffs was, sure enough, the Elm group has every reason to be named the top ruling business center in the whole of LA.
They got into an elevator that was covered in silver material,heading towards the tenth floor which was the top floor.
The top floor was one to be reckoned with,a few staffs were there. They all greeted respectfully as Kingsley alongside Jasmine and Raymond walked past.
"That cubicle over there, that’s your office for today." Kingsley pointed at the transparent cubicle adjacent to his office. Jasmine hummed when she saw that.
Kingsley paused as he stood close to his office door, which was made with huge and fine brownish timber. Raymond was standing a few steps away from Kingsley and Jasmine.
Kingsley reminded Jasmine. "You will serve me today, Wife." Turning to Raymond, he said Coolly. "Have you sent her all of my schedules for today? And what about telling her the stuff she should do for me?"
Raymond quickly nodded. "Yes, Boss. I have sent her the schedule; I will immediately tell her everything that she needs to know."
Without saying a word, Kingsley pushed his door and left the two behind.
Jasmine turned to look at Raymond, who gestured towards the cubicle. Taking that as a cue to follow him, Jasmine hurriedly catches up with him.
