The Strongest Student of the Weakest Academy

Chapter 606: [Genesis Of A New Creator] (XII)

In a single millisecond that stretched into eternity, I moved.

The tip of the Midnight Sword traced a vast, elegant arc through the void.

A silver-cyan trail followed the blade like liquid starlight, drawing the outline of an impossibly large lotus in the emptiness of space.

The lines were perfect; each petal was defined with perfect precision, each curve carrying the weight of my ninety-nine reincarnations, the full power of the eleven Trumpets, and every authority I had ever claimed.

The lotus was not merely a construct of ice or chaos. It was a conceptual seal, a final judgment upon existence itself.

When the outline was complete, I gently poked the center of the traced lotus with the tip of the Heaven Swallowing Sword.

The gentle touch was all it took.

The lotus bloomed.

Fwoosh...

It expanded in an instant from a mere outline into a colossal, living flower of silver-cyan energy, large enough to dwarf entire galactic clusters.

The petals unfolded with a sound like the birth and death of universes occurring simultaneously.

At its center, a swirling core of pure black-and-white chaos pulsed like a heart. The moment the lotus fully formed, it began to spin.

The spin was slow at first, graceful even, but the gravitational and conceptual pull it generated was absolute.

Stars nearest to it were the first to feel the force.

They stretched into long, glowing threads of light before being torn from their orbits and dragged toward the spinning petals.

Planets followed, their surfaces cracking and crumbling as they were pulled inward.

Entire solar systems collapsed into the lotus’s embrace, their matter and energy feeding the ever-growing flower.

Galaxies came next.

Spiral arms were ripped apart.

Black holes at galactic cores strained against the pull before finally yielding, their event horizons distorting as they were drawn into the silver-cyan storm.

Nebulae, dark matter filaments, and even the residual echoes of destroyed timelines were all pulled toward the Genesis-Ending Lotus without exception.

The battlefield that had once been a chaotic expanse of creation and destruction was now a one-way current leading into the heart of the spinning flower.

And in the middle of that current, the Creator Woman floated.

She did not struggle.

Instead, she laughed.

"Hahaha... PHWAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAAHHH!!!"

The sound was bright and clear even against the cosmic roar of the lotus.

Golden blood still dripped from the wounds I had inflicted earlier, her combat clothes hanging in tatters, yet her mismatched eyes, one glowing red, the other icy blue, shone with pure, unrestrained delight.

"This..." she said, her voice carrying easily across the void despite the distance.

"This... is beautiful..."

She spread her arms as the pull of the lotus began to drag her forward.

Her long dark hair with silver-white strands flowed behind her like a banner of surrender and celebration combined.

"I never would have thought of this," she continued, still laughing softly.

"A lotus that doesn’t cut or freeze or erase... but simply ends. It takes everything, matter, energy, concept, causality and draws it into a single, final bloom. You created this on the spot, didn’t you? In the last moments of the Trumpets’ power."

The spinning intensified.

The pull grew stronger.

Stars and galaxies continued to vanish into the petals, their light refracting across the silver-cyan surface in brilliant, dying flashes.

The Creator Woman was being drawn closer now, her body slowly accelerating toward the center of the lotus.

She looked at me across the shrinking distance, and for the first time since our fight began, there was no challenge in her gaze.

Only acceptance... and something close to gratitude.

"Thank you, Luntheris," she suddenly spoke softly, her lips curling up lightly.

"Truly. For everything. For lasting this long. For making me bleed. For making me feel excitement I hadn’t felt in eons. For reminding me what it was like to face someone who could actually stand as my equal."

Her smile widened as the lotus’s pull became irresistible.

Her feet left whatever invisible platform she had been standing on. Her body began to drift toward the spinning core.

"I watched billions of candidates rise and fall," she continued, golden blood trailing from her lips as she spoke.

"None of them ever forced me to this point. None of them ever made me create a domain just to match them. None of them ever made me want to keep fighting even when I was losing. You did. You alone."

The first of the outer petals brushed against her.

The silver-cyan energy began to unravel the edges of her form, not with violence, but with a quiet, absolute finality.

Her purple aura flickered and started to dissolve into the lotus.

"Goodbye, Luntheris," she said warmly, tears slowly trailing down her eyes.

"You were the best opponent I could have asked for. The only one who ever truly entertained me. The only one who ever made me feel... alive."

She laughed one last time as more of her body was drawn into the spinning flower.

"If there’s anything left of me after this... I hope it finds its way back to you somehow. You’ve earned that much... no. You’ve earned everything."

The lotus spun faster.

The pull became absolute.

Stars, planets, galaxies, and the Creator Woman herself were all drawn into the center in a final, overwhelming surge.

Her form stretched and dissolved into streams of golden light that were consumed by the silver-cyan petals.

There was no scream of pain or final desperate attack. Only her lingering smile and the quiet acceptance of an ending she herself had never been able to create.

The Genesis-Ending Lotus reached its peak.

Then it contracted.

In a single, silent instant, the colossal flower collapsed inward upon itself, taking everything it had gathered with it.

The light was blinding, a pure silver-cyan flash that erased the residual chaos of the battlefield and left behind only an empty, quiet void.

When the light faded, I was alone.

The temporary power of the Trumpets drained out of my body all at once.

The black-and-white energy that had flooded my veins vanished.

The Domain of Chaos collapsed.

My swords felt suddenly heavier in my hands.

The eleven Trumpets that had resided within me dissipated into nothingness as their purpose was fulfilled and their forms erased by the very technique they had empowered.

I floated in the silent void, breathing hard, my body aching from the residual strain of the final move.

Where the Creator Woman had been... there were no ashes.

No remains.

Only a single object floating in the emptiness.

A trumpet.

It was larger and more intricate than any of the previous eleven.

Its surface was forged from pure silver and deep cosmic black, etched with shifting runes that seemed to contain the memory of creation itself.

A soft, majestic light pulsed from within it, neither purple nor silver-cyan, but something that was in the middle of those two colors.

The Twelfth Trumpet.

I floated in the quiet void for a long moment, simply staring at it.

Then, slowly, I began to move toward it.

Each step through the weightless void felt incredibly heavy.

The ruined battlefield around me remained silent; no new stars formed, no residual chaos stirred.

Only the soft pulse of the Twelfth Trumpet guided me forward.

When I finally stopped in front of it, I raised my right hand and, after a brief hesitation, let my fingertips brush against its surface.

Fwoosh...

Eons of memories flooded my mind in a single, overwhelming rush.

I saw the first spark of creation.

I witnessed the birth of the earliest stars, the weaving of the first laws of reality, the quiet loneliness of a being who had existed before anything else.

I felt the weight of countless failed candidates, the brief hope she had placed in each of them, and the gradual, quiet disappointment as one after another fell short.

And then I felt her gaze settle on me, across reincarnations, across failures, across every time I had clawed my way forward when I should have stayed down.

At the same time, every injury I still carried vanished.

Torn muscle, cracked bone, residual burns from her chaotic energy, all of it healed in an instant, as if the concept of damage itself had been politely removed from my body.

A silver aura erupted around me, soft at first, then rapidly intensifying until it lifted me higher into the void.

The aura thickened, wrapping around my form like living silk until it sealed me completely inside a cocoon of pure silver light.

I floated within that cocoon in perfect silence.

Then, slowly, the silver shell began to peel away.

I emerged.

My hair had turned a pristine, pure white; not a single black strand remained.

It fell loosely around my shoulders, gleaming with a soft light.

My eyes had changed as well; both irises were now a clear, luminous silver, and at the center of each rested a small, perfectly formed lotus symbol that seemed to shift gently with my thoughts.

Every scar that had once marked my body was gone.

My skin felt new, as though every atom had been refined and strengthened beyond anything I had previously known.

Even the residual exhaustion of the battle had disappeared.

Inside my core, I felt something vast and quiet settle into place.

The power to create.

The authority to rule over everything that existed, and everything that could ever exist.

"Fuuuu..."

I hovered in the void, simply breathing, feeling the new balance within myself.

Then a translucent panel appeared in front of me, glowing with the same silver light that had surrounded my transformation.

[Congratulations, Luntheris.]

The panel held for only a few seconds before dissolving into countless soft wisps of silver and faint purple light.

Those wisps drifted through the air, swirling and gathering until they slowly took shape once more.

A very familiar figure stood before me.

The Creator Woman.
