The two friends sat in the private room and ordered a few dishes.
They chatted about a lot of things. Not wanting to talk about her relationship with Lin Xiao Feng very quickly, An Nuan decided to ask Ren Di about her work at the company.
When their topic changed to their acquaintance at their university, An Nuan noticed Ren Di looking at her a few times. Her gaze looked as if she had something to tell but was reluctant to say it.
An Nuan put down the chopsticks in her hand before leaning forward. "Alright. Ren Di, what are you going to say?"
"Huh?" Ren Di lowered her head again, wanting to pretend as if she did not know anything.
"Don’t pretend." An Nuan smiled. "You have been watching me strangely while talking about our friends. Ren Di, how long have we known each other? Tell me... what are you going to say?"
Ren Di pursed her lips as she considered An Nuan’s words.
She then decided that it would be possible to hide a few things from her friend.
"It’s nothing much." Ren Di hesitated briefly before leaning over. "I happened to hear a few things recently. It’s about Pei Zhi Yi."
"What about him?"
Ren Di observed An Nuan’s reaction and realized that her friend was very calm.
