Chapter 230: Kiss
An Nuan quickly snapped out of her trance.
"No. It’s my fault," An Nuan said. "I should pay attention to my surroundings a little more." An Nuan was glad that the sky was dark. Or else, Lin Xiao Feng would notice the faint blush on her cheek.
She wondered if Lin Xiao Feng would think that she was an airhead.
Lin Xiao Feng lifted his hand to touch An Nuan’s nose. Seeing that she was not injured, Lin Xiao Feng flicked An Nuan’s forehead lightly. "What were you thinking about?"
An Nuan lowered her head as she rubbed the spot on her forehead that Lin Xiao Feng had touched. Her brow furrowed slightly. "Just..." She could not tell him what was going through her mind.
As she lifted her head again, An Nuan came face to face with Lin Xiao Feng again, making her heart beat faster.
"Is it something that you cannot tell me?" Lin Xiao Feng asked when An Nuan stayed silent for a while.
"It’s not that." An Nuan flinched. "I just don’t know how I should say it."
Lin Xiao Feng grew worried. He did not know what was going through An Nuan’s mind. This was the first time Lin Xiao Feng saw An Nuan look this hesitant.
"It’s alright." Lin Xiao Feng heaved a breath. He could not resist rubbing his hand against An Nuan’s soft hair. "Just say it once you are ready. You don’t need to hurry. Come on." He held An Nuan’s hand again before leading her towards the piers.
This area was quiet and away from the crowd.
