Chapter 126: A New Feeling
"Ah!" Ren Di screamed, shocked that she would witness the scene where Pei Zhi Yi slapped An Jian.
An Nuan muttered a few cursing words before she pushed the door and rushed over to her elder brother’s side. Seeing her out, Ren Di quickly followed suit, worried that something might happen.
"Pei Zhi Yi, are you crazy?" An Nuan shouted when she reached the men’s side. She turned to her elder brother, wanting to check on him. "Elder Brother, are you alright?"
An Jian was about to counterattack when he noticed his younger sister’s voice. He stopped on his track and narrowed his eyes at Pei Zhi Yi. "I’m alright." His face hurt but he would not tell An Nuan and let her worry.
Meanwhile, Pei Zhi Yi was surprised when An Nuan suddenly appeared and scolded him.
Her sudden appearance made him pause briefly before he finally snapped out of his trance. "Nuan Nuan!" He did not care about An Nuan’s anger.
It has been a while since he last saw An Nuan. The last time he saw her, a man came to pick her up and claimed to be her husband.
Pei Zhi Yi almost went crazy trying to find out that man’s identity. However, none of his friends knew the person that An Nuan had chosen as his substitute. He tried to reach for Ren Di but that woman had blocked him and refused to say anything.
While he was busy trying to investigate An Nuan’s husband, Pei Zhi Yi received shocking news from the company. In the end, he had to momentarily put aside An Nuan’s matter and concentrate on the company.
This time, Pei Zhi Yi came to An’s residence wanting to look for An Jian.
He did not expect that he would see An Nuan.
