Chapter 60: Family Dinner
In the evening, An Nuan put on a nice dress and light makeup to go out for dinner between her and Lin Xiao Feng’s family.
As she was looking at a few accessories that she could match with her dress, An Nuan’s eyes fell on the ring on her finger.

An Nuan stared at the ring for a long time as her mother-in-law’s words and her sister-in-law’s words echoed in her mind.
Being with Lin Xiao Feng in a cooperative relationship was good enough. She would help Lin Xiao Feng with whatever he needed while he would protect her from Pei Zhi Yi. An Nuan really thought that the two of them could live harmoniously like that.
Therefore, hearing her sister-in-law’s words earlier was making her confused.
The knocking on the door snapped An Nuan out of her trance.
She opened the door and saw her nephew, reminding her that it was time for them to go out.
