Chapter 28: She Could Not Stay Like This Forever
While Lin Xiao Feng was recovering from his injury, An Nuan arrived in T Country to mend her broken heart. Once she arrived in T Country, An Nuan sat in her room and stared into space for a long time.
The view from her hotel room was beautiful. However, An Nuan was not in the mood to enjoy the scenery.
Ren Di was worried.
It has been a couple of days since they arrived in T Country. Within a short period, Ren Di could see that it was obvious that An Nuan had lost some weight.
After Pei Zhi Yi left, An Nuan tried her best not to shed a tear. She put on a brave front while pretending that everything was fine for her. Later, she cried until her eyes swelled. An Nuan released whatever unhappiness she was feeling when she cried that night.
Now, she was staring into space without caring about everything around her.
Each time her parents would call to check on her, An Nuan would show them a smile and assure them she was alright.
But then, she got back to her previous position.
Ren Di had tried her best to cheer An Nuan but everything she did was not working.
On the third day, she could no longer look at An Nuan's condition and had to drag her out of their hotel room for a walk on the beach.
An Nuan was still moping over her breakup. However, Ren Di could tell that walking barefeet on the white sand and letting the wave touch her legs had improved An Nuan's mood slightly.
