Chapter 13: She was Not Scared
The doors swung open.
An Nuan inhaled a deep breath and held her father's arm tightly. As she looked straight up, An Nuan could see the wedding hall that she had always imagined.
There were fresh flowers everywhere and everything was in pastel color. Fairy lights hung above her. Each time she stepped forward, there would be a rippling of water.
It was the fairy garden wedding that she had envisioned.
The spotlight was too blinding, making it hard for her to see what was in front of her.
It was only when she came closer to the altar that An Nuan finally got to see the person who stood at the altar.
An Nuan remembered the day she had told Pei Zhi Yi just what kind of wedding she wanted. Pei Zhi Yi thought that she was a little childish for wanting a fairytale theme. But An Nuan was happy when he still let her make the decision.
At this wedding, she was supposed to be the princess, and Pei Zhi Yi was supposed to be her Prince Charming.
However, her Prince Charming had now changed to someone else.
Lin Xiao Feng stood straight at the altar while watching her walk over to him. At his side, Lin Xiao Feng's best friend, Su Ming Yuan stood tall.
