The Demon Lord's Bride (BL)

Chapter 42: How do people exercise their breathing?

The moment those words came out of my mouth, I felt his hand on my waist and nape, holding tight, pulling me closer. The gleaming silver eyes disappear from my sight the moment he claimed my lips.

Again, it felt as if the rest of my body was melting and tingling. Holding tight to his shoulder, there was nothing I could do but left Natha consumed me.

But it was different from the last time. He wasn’t as aggravated, and while it felt consuming, his lips were gentle. Rather than feeling as if being pulled in a sprint like before, he guided me patiently this time. The hand on my nape moved my head along with his, so our lips slotted better with each other. He rubbed my nape gently, and I parted my lips as if being coaxed, feeling his tongue slipping inside.

Clutching on his shirt and closing my eyes tight was the only thing I could do as he roamed my mouth with his flesh, each touch sending a tickling sensation all over my body.

But soon, I felt breathless, and instinctively pushed on his shoulder. Fortunately, Natha realized my intention instantly this time, and broke the kiss. My feet, which had been lifted a little, returned to the ground as I stood with bated breath. If it wasn’t for his arms supporting me, I would have become a puddle on the ground.

Regulating my breath, I leaned my head to his chest, relishing the cold sensation that emanated from his skin to cool down the heat I felt all over my body.

Haa...damn. How exactly could people kiss for a long time? This inexperience of mine felt really embarrassing.

I felt Natha’s arms around me, pulling me closer into his embrace. He had kissed my hair a lot before, but somehow, it felt more intimate now, knowing that those lips were in mine just a few seconds ago.

As I nuzzled more into his embrace, I felt something that wasn’t usually there. A cold metallic feeling was on the center of his chest. Pulling my head away and tracing my fingers there, my eyes finally land on a piece of round green gem, encrusted in a throne of black metal.

"Oh..."

Since my eyes were at the same level as the pendant, it kind of felt like I was staring at my own eyes. I stroked the deep emerald and glance up, at the smiling lips and soft silver orbs. Those lips, which seemed to never cease stretching tonight, pressed gently on my forehead.
