I Was Transmigrated As An Extraordinary Extra

Chapter 114

As the elevator slowly ascended, "The first floor is mainly where the lobby is. The second and third floors are the training and sports areas, respectively," Whitney explained.

The elevator dinged as we arrived at the third floor, and I stepped out behind her. "As you can see, from here up to the fifth floor are occupied by regular workers. The sixth up to ninth floors are occupied by heroes," she continued, gesturing around the efficient layout of the floor. "The higher floors are occupied by our executives; I also have my office there. So come find me when you need something."

She pressed the seventh-floor button. "Now let’s meet the person in charge of the program."

Seven? I thought it was the tenth floor? Did I misheard the receptionist?

After a brief moment, the elevator doors opened to the seventh floor. Immediately, I was struck by the circular design of the lobby, the walls lined with numerous office doors spaced apart strategically. It felt grand to just be called an office.

"Follow me," Whitney instructed, leading the way through the spacious lobby.

We approached an office clearly labeled A-23. Whitney opened the door with a gentle push and motioned for me to step inside.

"To be honest, you won’t be doing anything special today," she explained, taking the lead. "You’ll just roam and familiarize yourself around the building. Starting tomorrow, you’ll get to interact with other guilds. You might even have the chance to follow a Hero to see him or her hunt monsters. Who knows? Maybe they’ll teach you a thing or two."

I took in the office’s interior. It was spacious and has a minimalist design. The décor was clean and simple, and documents were arranged neatly across the desk.

"Have you heard of Ivan Rostislav?" Whitney asked, her focus returning to me.

"No," I replied, feigning ignorance.
