Chapter 33: Vacation
After I stirred things up using Black Monday, I laid low like nothing had ever happened.
Went to school as usual, played some games after I got home...
Just your typical, ordinary days.
“So, have you thought about it?”
Since I had no business to attend to, my secretary, Lee Si-hyun, didn’t have much to do either.
Which meant it was the perfect time for her to take a vacation.
“...Hmm. I’m not sure.”
She still seemed conflicted. People who get used to grinding all the time tend to forget how to actually relax... and Si-hyun seemed like one of those cases.
“How about going to the beach or something? You’ve never been, right?”
“I saw the ocean when we went to Japan. If you think about it, isn’t it you who hasn’t seen it? At least since I’ve been around, I don’t think you’ve gone... unless maybe when you were younger...”
Si-hyun trailed off, realizing she might’ve crossed a line. I chuckled and nodded.
“Yeah, I’ve never been either. I was stuck inside when I was a kid.”
