Chapter 75: I’ll Have to Spend the Night at Your Place
At 10 p.m., the atmosphere in Jiang Miao’s dorm room was no different from usual.
Wang Xin was in the bathroom, taking his usual half-hour shower. His roommates had long grown used to it.
So Jiang Miao wasn’t worried about Wang Xin coming out early.
The real issue now was when Xun Liang would visit another room.
“Brother Jiang, the basketball semifinals have been rescheduled to Tuesday afternoon,” Xun Liang said while taking out two bags of chips from his snack stash and tossing one to Jiang Miao. “If you’re going home during National Day, make sure you don’t leave on Tuesday.”
“I probably won’t go back for National Day.” Jiang Miao shook his head. He caught the bag of chips and opened it to avoid raising any suspicions.
“I definitely have to go home for National Day.” Xun Liang sighed, his face full of frustration. “It’s so annoying. I don’t want to go home.”
Hearing this, Jiang Miao remembered that Xun Liang seemed to have some sort of social anxiety when it came to his family.
After living with him for a month, Jiang Miao was almost confused by this guy’s lively and outgoing personality and had almost forgotten how quiet and withdrawn he had been when he first moved into the dormitory.
