The situation became tense when Rikuto and his cronies approached us.
“You can’t say anything back, can you? If the divination is true and someone from the past is the savior, at least it’s certain that he’s not incompetent.”
Rikuto speaks with a smug look on his face as if he’s making fun of me.
In reality, however, I didn’t have any superpowers, so I couldn’t say anything back to him.
Then Rikuto turns to Akane.
“Hey, Akane. Come and join my team instead of that guy’s. That guy is a scumbag who brings in incompetent people just to show off. Besides, with you on our team, we can kill more of those mechanical knights than ever before, so it’s not so bad, right?”
