Chapter 004 Where is the website?
Upon waking up, the world had turned upside down... but why was it so quiet?
Zhang Su furrowed his brows, scanning his surroundings. The unsettling calm was even more terrifying than chaos. Something so catastrophic had occurred, yet there were no signs of emergency vehicles? No police cars, no ambulances, no fire trucks—where had they all gone?
This was far too abnormal.
Crash.
As Zhang Su gazed toward the distant street, a glass window on the fourth floor of Building 4 shattered. Three figures plummeted from above, their anguished screams piercing the silence.
The fall happened so fast that Zhang Su could barely discern that among the three, one was a child, while the other two appeared to be an elderly couple.
The trees obscured their landing, but the dull thuds of impact reached his ears, making the corners of his mouth twitch involuntarily.
“Help! F***, get off me! You lunatic...”
