Tiana stepped closer to Shinji, who had just risen from where he sat. Her mood now was different from the cheerful greeting she’d given him earlier. A soft, alluring smile curved on her lips, and without waiting for permission, she lowered herself gently onto the edge of the bed.

Her blue dress, with the same bold slits, remained unchanged. But this time, without the white long pants she usually wore, her bare legs were fully visible. Despite her petite frame, she pressed her chest forward confidently, her full curves noticeable as she locked eyes with him.

”Forgive me,” Tiana said, brushing her hair behind one ear as she chuckled softly. “Hehe, I sat down without waiting for your reply. I meant to thank you, but I ended up being rude.”

”No, it’s not your fault,” Shinji replied, shaking his head with a calm tone. “It was me who didn’t answer properly. You’ve already thanked me more than enough. I understand your feelings clearly.”

As she shifted her position slightly, her chest moved with the motion, drawing attention in an almost intentional way. Shinji noticed it and understood that Tiana was aware of how her gestures and expressions often caught the eyes of men. He kept a polite distance, careful not to let his guard down.

Tiana, sensing his hesitance, smiled faintly, understanding the reason. The idea of giving thanks could be seen as something deeper—something suggestive. She understood that Shinji was cautious of that implication. But even knowing this, she couldn’t just back away. There was a reason she had come here tonight.

Earlier, after finishing their talks with the goddesses—Luluane and her disciple had completed preparations for Shinji’s tent. Right then, they received a divine message from Goddess Padra. The secret discussion was about how they had uncovered and stopped the hidden schemes of the fallen goddess Satin, something not mentioned during their main talks.

With the added report from Goddess Arian, along with their earlier findings connected to the forbidden truth known as “Taboo,” Goddess Padra had shared her opinion with Luluane and the others. She spoke highly of Shinji, praising his unique abilities and accomplishments. Even though they were all followers of the same goddess and technically equals, it was clear that Shinji had gone far beyond them.

Because of that, Luluane and her companions didn’t just see Shinji as another ally. They now viewed him as a skilled veteran, someone worthy of deep respect, someone who had earned the expectations of even Goddess Padra herself.

’Whether this event is what started it or not, we have a lot to learn from Arian’s disciple,’ Padra had said with force. ‘Study well and use it as your base! This might be a once-in-a-lifetime chance, so don’t waste it!’

’Hehe… then I won’t just try to use him,’ Tiana replied with a smile, bowing her head. ‘I’ll ask him directly for guidance. Thank you for this precious opportunity. I’ll learn with full care.’

’Good,’ Padra said in reply. ‘And if things go bad, don’t hesitate to use him as your shield! Arian’s disciple is less important to me than you are.’
