She notified her husband and he told her to go over to the hospital to check up on Huo Shi while he went over to the police station with his lawyer to see what they could do so that he could be released on bail.
She walked through the corridor but came across Tang Fei who was also walking through the corridor from the opposite direction with a doctor seemingly discussing something that probably could be her daughter’s health condition.
"Hey, Tang Fei... How are you and the girl?" She had noticed her from a distance but Tang Fei seemed to openly ignore her and actually didn’t stop and neither gazed in that direction, she walked with the doctor past her and headed over to the offices’ side.
Zhou Zan understood that maybe she was overwhelmed with whatever had happened to them and needed to give her time to cool down. Her daughter was brutally beaten up and they as their closest family friends, didn’t show any support, and neither did they visit them during all this time.
She decided to put that at the back of her mind and went over to the wardroom to find her daughter and know to what extent she got wounded and who did that.
Su Qing who had been admitted and her wounds addressed, had gotten up and went over to the reception and inquired about Su Qing’s wardroom and they told her.
She wheeled herself over to the said wardroom and opened the wardroom door walking in, she did a timing when her mother had left, as she didn’t know how to face her with all that had happened.
"Su Qing..." She wheeled inside to see Su Qing seated there on the bed wearing a hospital gown looking thin, she did look a little bit down mood-wise, but she was recovering very well since she could sit.
"Ooh... Did you lose your way?" She sarcastically muttered without gazing at her but she was gazing outside through the wide window that was facing the fields her mind wandering.
"I didn’t lose my way, I wanted to see you, how are you feeling? How have you been?" Huo Shi actually didn’t have plans of mingling with her but now, she thought of her being the best ally she needed when it came to Su Wei Wei, apart from her, they could use Mo Zi Jia, but no one knew where she was, she just went missing and that’s it. But most people thought of the possibility that Huo Shen must have gotten rid of her.
