Chapter 237; Why are you this surprised?
"Should we go up there?" Huo Zheng inquired as they all turned around to gaze at the man who seemed to be nervous at the platform his eyes darting all over the place.
Some guests were concentrated on Huo Shen more than Huo Dong, but they still cheered on him as he waited for his bride, they were all waiting to see who would be lucky to be the first lady. She must be worth the seat.
"Why not! I will accompany him through this entire journey, I’m a good and loving brother..." He softly muttered his words laced with sarcasm while turning around and gazing at the guests whose interests have been piqued, "Sorry gentlemen, I would have to go over there and accompany him before he faints out of nervousness... Hehe, I know my brother easily gets shocked." He strategically respectfully bowed his head before strolling away while Huo Zheng trailed behind him closely.

They hurriedly respectfully nodded their heads in understanding, who were they to ask him to stay back and chat a little more? They admired a brother supporting his fellow brother in such a function.
"I hope you will behave yourself, Huo Shen..." Huo Zheng had never seen his boss being this enthusiastic with his brother more so after chugging down his throat a huge junk of wine, this sudden surge of positive energy towards Huo Dong actually scared him. Would they end up fighting up there?
"I’m a full grown man you know, there’s no way I wouldn’t behave myself in such a place and such a time!" He smacked his lips in annoyance before placing the empty wine glass he was holding on the waiter’s tray who was walking through past them.
"Ooohh..." Huo Zheng could only hope but didn’t let his guard down, he didn’t know why he and Su Wei Wei had the same vibe, when you think all should be going well, you are suddenly overwhelmed by surprises, they never cared about the place or time.
Huo Shen pocketed his hands and leisurely strolled over to the platform with Huo Zheng trailing behind him closely watching his every step, in his palm, he was holding a bottle of water while on the other hand was pocketed. He hadn’t touched any wine or drinks in general even the bottled water. He had to be careful.
Huo Qi who was close by noticed these guys moving over to the platform, he hurried his steps and came forward blocking them on the way even though he did it strategically and no one would notice that.
"What happened?" Huo Qi was on guard, after whatever happened that they hadn’t told him, he was afraid of them causing chaos today, he hadn’t seen Su Wei Wei even though he just heard the procession begun, and if they had some sort of plans of postponing the function, they should notify him first before going over to the platform.
