"You just said he hasn’t arrived and yet he left first? Where did he go if he wasn’t coming over here?" He frowned gazing at Huo Ting while rubbing the face cleanser on his face, he had just begun to get ready and here they were asking him to hurry up. How could he hurry up?
"The manager just said that he is at the embassy taking care of some guests who are stuck there..." He gave out the same excuse the manager told him and they needed one of them to at least be present to entertain the guests before the function commences.
"All right, I will hurry up and I would like you to assist my father in getting himself ready, if we don’t, we will be delayed with how slow he does things!" He could only accept the situation and rush to get ready, after all, he was riding on Huo Shen’s event and popularity, and this was a good opportunity to make connections.
