Chapter 209; Where is she?
"Shouldn’t we at least pick him up and take him back to the city for medical emergency treatment?" Wei Tang gazed into the cave worriedly. Actually, he hadn’t seen anything Su Wei Wei did there apart from the secret agents who were inside.
"Did she tell you to touch him? Do you have the means to leave this place? And how many hours do you think we will take to fly from here to the city for that ’emergency medical checkup?’" Huo Zheng didn’t know how Wei Tang could be this stupid! Moving a poisoned person was the same as accelerating the length of poison spreading.
"Ooh.." Wei Tang kept quiet all speechless! It was true, it would take them almost two hours to get over to the city center and admit him to the hospital, this poison was a matter of five minutes and Huo Shen would be completely gone.
Huo Zheng scrutinized him before gazing at Huo Shen, he seemed to be able to move his body a little.
"Where is she? I heard her voice! Where did she go?" Huo Shen who had finally opened his eyes after thirty minutes gazed around searching for her! It wasn’t a dream, he heard her, she was there! She held him in her arms! He has never been mistaken.
"She?" Huo Zheng strolled over to where he was seated and assisted him to get up from the floor, Huo Shen could feel his legs and was surprised that his body felt more than normal apart from the few headaches and weakness of the joints he was experiencing!
"Where is she?" Huo Shen hoarsely inquired as you could see the veins around his forehead bulging even though he was wearing his mask. He was afraid and wondered what could go wrong!
"Su Wei Wei?"
"She is...."
"She is out there..." He assisted him out of the cave into the forest and at a distance, he could see a black charred body lying there lifelessly.
"What happened to her?" He froze for a minute before nudging Huo Zheng’s hands away and staggered over to the ground where she was lying.
He went down onto his knees after getting closer and picked up her charred body into his arms protectively even though he was holding some bones.
