Chapter 120; What was the reason?
Huo Zheng, Huo Qi, Wei Tang and all the other guards who were ready to shoot were surprised but immediately took a step back holding their fire, and carefully walked over to their Jeep and watched from a distance. They didn’t know if these humans were innocent or evil creatures.
After five minutes of playing the flute, the assailants humans slept down on the ground unconscious and they behaved like someone who had fainted.
And instinctively, the music stopped playing and the flute disappeared like it never existed, Su Wei Wei who was like someone possessed vomited out as blood rushed out of her mouth puking before fainting. Her body limply swayed.
They didn’t know what was happening and what was wrong with these humans! Before she could fall onto the ground, Huo Zheng rushed over and protectively dragged her into his arms before picking her up while Huo Qi opened the Jeep door and he placed her down on the car seat before checking on her pulse.
It was normal and there was nothing wrong with her.
"Huo Qi, what do we do with them? Should we go back home?" Wei Tang had been nervous the entire time, he was even unable to digest whatever they had just experienced here, this was a deadly encounter and without Su Wei Wei they could have died without an intact body.
If they shot them, these humans would react fiercely reiterating that the fired bullets were their catalyst and before they could shoot them down, they would have died along with them with the way their strength and speed were getting amplified.
And how could they have known that Su Wei Wei could play a flute? How was it possible that with the sound of the flute, it was able to calm them down, and even make them sleep? It sounded like a miracle.
"Drag them away from the road, we will drive out and maybe call Huo Shen later to take us back to the mansion with the chopper..." Huo Zheng was worried but he couldn’t be nervous at this time. He also didn’t know what was happening, and it was better to drive over to the highway as it was close by than going back to the mansion which was a bit far and they could easily be attacked along the way compared to the open and CCTV-installed highway.
Getting away into the highway, was their only option and after getting the bodies out of the road, they boarded their Jeeps and drove them out of that place into the highway that was ten minutes away before parking the Jeeps at the safe side of the road where there were there CCTV cameras installed.
Their mobile phones have been ringing for the last several minutes but they didn’t have time to pick them up.
After parking them on the safe side, Huo Zheng got down and opened the back door before checking on Su Wei Wei, he was worried even though her cuts had stopped bleeding the moment the flute stopped playing, they were still visible.
