Once he left Golden Splendor, his assistant had already started the car and was waiting outside.
Han Jingnian bent over as he got in the car. Once the assistant drove him away from Golden Splendor, he asked, "Besides you and me, does anyone else know I was here tonight?"
The assistant thought for a moment, then replied, "Only Xiaoyang, who ran over to deliver some urgent documents when he called and asked where we were as we reached the entrance of Golden Splendor."
Han Jingnian switched on his laptop, entering the password while speaking without a care, "Let him leave tonight."
