Mrs. An was so shocked that she was stunned, her eyes fixed on Su Yunjin for fear she had heard wrong, “Daughter-in-law, are you really with child?” Realizing Su Yunjin was pregnant brought Mrs. An a mix of shock and joy.
Her emotions instantly switched.
Mrs. An, who had just been feeling distressed for Su Yunjin and her husband,
was now suddenly filled with happiness.
Before Su Yunjin could speak, Mrs. An repeated herself, “Good, good, good, this is wonderful news, Daughter-in-law, your pregnancy is such great news.”
