Yunjin imagined the business would certainly do even better with the addition of other varieties of fruit wines in the shop. Just then, Gu Ya suddenly stared at the wall of their backyard and shouted loudly.
“Who’s there?” Yunjin followed Gu Ya’s gaze but saw nothing; she looked back at Gu Ya out of instinct. “Husband, what’s the matter?”
Gu Ya didn’t explain to his wife. He immediately chased out from the shop, and Yunjin followed. Could it be that someone had been hiding on the wall, spying on them?
If that was indeed the case, Yunjin couldn’t help feeling secretly relieved, thankful that she and Gu Ya had only been tasting the fruit wine, not brewing it.
If they had been brewing wine in the backyard, then the person hiding on the wall might have seen their brewing methods, and wouldn’t their secrets be exposed?
Just the thought made Yunjin shudder with fear afterward.
