The mattress and blankets on the bed were all newly bought. Su Yunjin had purchased good quality cotton for the mattress; it was especially soft when lying down on it, and both the bed and the blankets had a pleasant scent.
Lying there, Su Yunjin stretched out her arms in comfort, reveling in the feeling, when Gu Yan also decided to join his little wife and lie down beside her.
Su Yunjin rolled to the side to make room for Gu Yan, then lifted her head to ask him, “Husband, is the bed comfortable?”
“Mhm!” Gu Yan, a big man, was not particular about where he slept, but lying on such a soft bed, he too felt it was indeed comfortable.
