There was no helping it, since the objects of his jealousy were just too ridiculous.
It was forgivable for him to be jealous over people online calling her ’wife’, and somewhat understandable when people at the office showed her interest, but getting jealous over her assigning the Lu Group and Qiao Family projects to Lu Chen was just too absurd for Qiao Yi.
Once again pushed away by Qiao Yi, Lu Yanchuan sat on the other side of the sofa, his whole demeanor emitting an "I’m upset, come and pamper me" vibe.
Discovering this adorable side of Lu Yanchuan for the first time, Qiao Yi couldn’t help it and burst into laughter, going over to hug him and peppering him with kisses.
"Why are you jealous of Lu Chen? You know exactly who he is. Besides his relationship with Qiao Xin, do you really think I’d be interested in such a silly boy?"

Qiao Yi laughed so hard she couldn’t sit straight, sliding into Lu Yanchuan’s arms.
