Chapter 991 - 016 Indirect Confession_7
Avery Graham had no idea what was on someone’s mind and just entered the Taylor Family mansion, which was even more lavishly decorated. Avery guessed that the money spent on decorating this place probably cost more than the villa itself.
Well, it made sense. People who could afford villas naturally wanted to beautify their homes to live comfortably.
After entering, Nancy Sallow had someone serve the stewed rock sugar bird’s nest and insisted that Avery have a bowl.
Avery accepted it, thankfully not having eaten much that evening, focused more on chatting, otherwise, this bowl would have definitely caused her to overeat.
Jacob Taylor and Nancy Sallow just chatted with Avery, and when Avery thought about Nancy obtaining a membership card at her Cake Shop, she said, "Auntie, your membership card is ready, when would you like to come pick it up?"
"Oh, just grab it for Bernard Taylor and have him bring it back to me. I’ve been a bit busy these days, sorry about that," Nancy said with a smile.
Bernard Taylor, sitting to the side, noticeably twitched at the corner of his mouth; he knew this was Nancy’s way of giving them a chance to be alone, but the opportunity seemed a bit too blatant.
"Of course." Avery nodded.
