Chapter 956 - 011 Avery, let’s break up (second update)
"I only have him, I’m not a public bus," Adelle Turner spoke up in her own defense.
Indeed, she had only actively seduced Michael Auclair once, when she first came to the company, she took a fancy to Michael and had silently liked him for a long time, and waited a long time before finally getting a chance to get close.
So, other than him, she really hadn’t liked any other man, nor would she let any other man touch her—unless she completely gave up hope in Michael or she would find someone else to marry and then live her peaceful little life.
"Whether or not you’re like that, what does it have to do with me," Giselle Browman didn’t expect that Adelle Turner, who dressed up every day and looked like a flirtatious fox, could actually be so innocent.
Unfortunately, Michael Auclair did not like her; all this woman’s infatuation was in vain.
Adelle’s face turned dark. Giselle Browman always talked like that, always with rude words. I really don’t know how, as a woman, she can blurt these words out so casually.
"I’ve submitted my resignation here, approve it or not, it doesn’t matter; I won’t be coming to work tomorrow anyhow. That’s that, you two chat," Giselle said before turning to leave.
"Giselle, wait a moment, Adelle, you go out first. Whatever urgent matter you have, I will call you later," Michael Auclair said to Adelle.
"Alright." Adelle nodded and stepped out.
Giselle closed her eyes; she really did not want to continue staying in the same room with someone as disgusting as Michael Auclair. She forced herself to turn around, watching Adelle leave with eyes full of hatred for her.
"Michael Auclair, you’ve said so much already, and we’ve come to such a head on this, I really don’t know what there’s left to say between us," Giselle crossed her arms, not quite understanding why he wanted her to stay.
