"What’s the matter this time? I’ve taken quite a few leaves in these past few months." Carolline Ruiz frowned. She had taken leave to attend today’s event, and if she had to take leave again the day after tomorrow, would her colleagues drown her in saliva?
"Getting impatient, huh?" Bryan Hawkins bent his face toward her, feigning a fierce and evil stare. "Our wedding gown has arrived. The designer and his team will come over the day after tomorrow to help you try it on personally."
"...Wedding gown?" Carolline had completely forgotten. Their wedding was scheduled for the end of the year because Bryan specifically wanted that particular gown, which took a long time to make.
