This woman, her temper is really something else. How can Bryan Hawkins stand it?
The nurses who had been secretly watching were all startled by this scene.
Carolline Ruiz removed her white coat, grabbed her bag, and left ten minutes after the end of her shift. As she went downstairs, she bumped into Megan Clifton, who was slowly coming down as well.
Megan’s belly was getting bigger and bigger, and Andy Aguirre urged her not to take the elevator during the after-work rush hour. It was okay for her to leave a little later, so Megan now usually stayed for another ten minutes or so before leaving.
"You’re leaving late today too?" The two women looked at each other and smiled as Carolline entered the elevator.
But Carolline had no idea that Gary Skate was still on their floor. As soon as Carolline entered the elevator, Gary quickly followed her in.
Megan was startled, "Dean Skate, what performance are you putting on today?"
"?" Gary was stung by Megan’s sarcasm. Was he doing some sort of performance? However, he knew that Megan was Carolline’s good friend, and initially kept a straight face. Now that his identity was exposed, there was no point in acting, "Nothing much, just trying to make peace with you two. How about it? Can I have the honor of inviting you two beauties to have lunch together?"
"Has the sun risen from the west? No, it still rose from the east when I came to work this morning." Megan’s expression was exaggerated. Besides, she, as a pregnant woman, was not allowed to eat outside unless it was absolutely necessary.
