Chapter 449: Leaving a Voice Without a Trace (1)
As a result of sleeping ten minutes late, Carolline Ruiz’s breakfast has to be taken care of in the car. Fortunately, Hawkins Family’s servants wake up early and had prepared her breakfast beforehand.
As Bryan Hawkins drives, Carolline takes care of her own meal while occasionally stuffing some food into his mouth. Bryan would sometimes mischievously hold her fingers in his mouth, causing Carolline to shyly recall everything that happened last night.
Even now, her waist feels sore, and the inner side of her thigh is very soft.
"Let’s return to our own home tonight." In the end, Bryan prompts suggestively.
Carolline was not sure whether it was due to her good memory or the fact that she used to be the girl who would do anything for Bryan’s sake. Anyway, she seemed to have a firm grasp of everything Bryan had said, whether it was nonsense or not.
Before leaving, Bryan had mentioned that when he returns, they should do it somewhere other than in bed. Because they stayed at Hawkins Family’s residence last night, they finally settled for the bathroom.
Carolline often reads about sofas, kitchens, balconies, and living rooms in books. She has also seen these places depicted on TV; her heart races and her face flushes when she watches such scenes. She couldn’t describe the feeling.
"...Where’s Axel?" Carolline asks. Axel, who is always glued to his father, only met briefly during dinner last night before she was taken to the bedroom. That might not be enough for Axel.
"With his grandparents and great-grandmother accompanying him, he won’t need us. Let’s enjoy our own world of two people." Bryan says unabashedly.
