It wouldn’t be possible for him to be her husband again, right? Haven’t they already decided to divorce?
"Elena, call out to him," Daisy Willow said to Elena.
"Uncle Simon, hello," Elena obediently called Simon Carrington.
"Hi, Elena, you’re such a good girl," Simon petted Elena’s head, subsequently thinking about his own children.
After determining that there was no possibility with Carolline Ruiz, he went straight back to Kyoto where his grandfather was seriously ill. He subsequently married a woman of equal social status. There was little affection between them, and on their wedding night, they consummated their marriage. It wasn’t her first time, and he didn’t hold any grudges. The next morning, she cut her finger and smeared the blood on the bed, which he found somewhat strange, but in the end didn’t question it.
